Summary

KarastarDAO aims to support community builders of Karastar. It is an open platform for proposals that are voted upon by KARA token holders. KARA, as the governance token in KaraStar, 1 KARA = 1 ticket in DAO, has great visions and goals. KarastarDAO members can participate in the governance voting of the platform by staking KARA tokens. Dao members will enjoy lots of benefits other than voting right as well.

Unlike other DAOs, we provide careers for all community contributors. According to the results of our many surveys of pre-DAO members, we have established the House of Lords and the House of Commons, to provide more people with a career path and provide structural momentum for the stability and growth of the DAO.

Vision

We will become a decentralized community of users who agree with Karastar’s values. Whether you are a game player, a digital currency investor, or a geek, or someone who wants to make money for his/her family from gamefi, or a participant in the metaverse, you can make friends and achieve the realization of self-worth in this community. We are working to build and refine a creative ecosystem and organization we can use to make better decisions. We will build the community into an influential group by joint decision-making. Starting with the game Karastar, KarastarDAO is not just a gathering of game lovers, we are a community of inhabitants of Metaverse. In the future, we will continue to invest in new projects, we will improve the ecosystem of this community, and innovate in the economic model. Whether it is going to be a bear market or a bull market, we can live well all the way. Finally, we will gain asset appreciation and soul satisfaction in the community.

Mission

To support builders of the decentralized organization, showcase the potential of DAO. Starting with the Karastar game, we will explore further into the metaverse. We will continue to work on the development of blockchain-related projects, and we will continue to make new developments and investments, such as our own main chain, browser, DAO management tools, new game projects, and new meta-universe projects. We hope that KarastarDAO members can participate in this great process so that DAO members can achieve asset appreciation and spiritual satisfaction.

2. Every $KARA Counts

KarastarDAO is owned and governed by $Kara token holders. Our initial policy is for the following actions to be executed only after a successful proposal and vote:

• Karastar project

• treasury allocation into various projects or autonomous entities (in the form of funding, liquidity support, and developments)

• updates to KarastarDAO core protocols (including governance and treasury management functions).

We imagine that these policies will change over time after discussions with the KarastarDAO community.

KarastarDAO will utilize the industry standard setup of Dao foundation, Snapshot governance, and multi-sig administrators.
