Proposal and Voting right

a) The votes of HCL members are directly convertible by the amount of $KARA they hold. 1$KARA=1 ticket in DAO

b) The Governance of the KARASTAR platform is done via our $KARA To obtain the KARASTAR platform voting right, users must stake their $KARA for a selected period of time, in addition to this KARASTAR Governance token holders have the right to submit and vote on proposals on the KARASTAR.

c) We will execute the proposal and vote on the 15th and 30th of each month or prior to major changes to the project. To ensure openness and fairness in the process of proposal and voting, we will build the proposal and voting platform on SNAPSHOT. The website is:

Preemption of investment

Karastar is a project with great vision, and we will bring more opportunities and better returns to investors. As a DAO member of Karastar, you have priority in investment. As long as you hold KARA for a long time, you will naturally be whitelisted for various investments within the project, such as the IEO of $KARA, etc.

Airdrop Rewards ”NEO Point Plan“

Since every DAO member is unique in Karastar, we will share various profits of the project with the members. We will airdrop DAO members regularly, and the amount of airdrop will be determined by the contribution from each member to the community

To ensure the fairness of the airdrop, we will launch the “NEO Point plan” for DAO members.

Destructions of profits in project agreement: 5% of the service fee in the market transaction are used to add in the $Kara liquidity pool.

Scarce NFT subscription rights: the scarce of NFT subscription probability or the bonus of ecological game NFT subscription

Local community building rights: if you build an over 50 people local community, please contact us, we will have extra rewards and cooperation

Local competition holding rights: you have the right to hold Karastar PVP competition. Please contact us. We will provide fundings and supports to DAO members with higher points in advance.

Local events holding rights: When you have an excellent idea, you want to hold off-line promotion activities in your local community. Please contact us. We will provide fundings and supports to DAO members with higher points in advance.
