2️⃣Second Council Review: PVP and game suggestions(finished)

We heard your voice and your passion in the first council. Thank you for your participation. Now we are ready to prepare for the second council! The council will be on Jan 13th 12pm（UTC). The proposal topic is PVP and game suggestions. Below is the detail of the council, in order to make our council more successfully, please be CLEAR of the detail of the council.

Time: The regular council will be held every Thursday at 12 PM UTC. The Emergency Council will make an emergency recall on Discord and Twitter. The topic: The topic of every council will be voted by DAO members in the discord channel.

Agenda& rules：

Before the council:（Jan 12th 12:00pmUTC）: Our HLD members, it is your time to post your proposals. You will have 24 hrs to propose and vote. Please pay attention to the time period, because you only have 24 hrs to go through the voting process, and proposals listed after the start of the council will be considered as suggestions to the team!

Council time(Jan 13th 12:00pmUTC): We will summarize the proposal list. It is the time for council, you guys will be free to share your thoughts about the proposal. All proposals, including those passed and not passed, will be recorded in the DAO module in notion. All DAO members can check the records after the council.

After the council: We will examine and verify the proposals, and publiczied the approved proposak after they passed. All approved proposals will be prioritized according to their urgency. If the proposal is highly controversial, we can vote on this proposal for a second time.

The step to make a proposal and vote on SNAPSHOT:

**Reminder 1: only KARA holders will be able to vote. The more KARA you hold, the more voting power you have (1 KARA: 1 vote).

Reminder 2: Make sure to write your proposals as detailed and professionally-written as possible for everyone to be able to understand your proposal!**

**In order to enable the joint decision to involve more members, we have designed a process for voting and proposals.

Rules:

a. Only proposals listed before the start of the council can go through the voting process, and proposals listed after the start of the council will be considered as suggestions to the team.

b. All approved proposals will be prioritized according to their urgency.

c. All proposals, including those passed and not passed, will be recorded in the DAO module in karastar channel. All DAO members can check the records after the council.

All approved proposals will be publicized after they are passed. If the evaluation of a proposal is highly controversial, we can vote on this proposal for a second time.
